Common questions

How do I join? By invitation from a current member, followed by a membership application verifying that you own or run a business meeting the revenue threshold. There is no public sign-up.

My invitation code does not work. Codes expire 30 days after they are issued and can only be used once. Ask the member who invited you for a new one.

I forgot my password. Sign in → "Forgot your password?" and we will email you a reset link.

How do I report someone? The ⋯ menu beside any member, round, comment or conversation. Reports are private and are reviewed within 24 hours.

How do I block someone? The same ⋯ menu. Blocking works both ways — neither of you will see the other anywhere in AUGUSTA.

How do I delete my account? In the app: You → Delete account → type DELETE. This permanently removes your profile, rounds, photos, messages and any verification documents. It cannot be undone.

Was my application declined? The app shows the reasons on your status screen. If your circumstances change, ask your inviting member for a fresh invitation.
